SEPT. 1, Tuesday, 3-5 p.m. — the HHS student council is hosting a car wash by the parking lot on Gallagher. Cost is $3 per car and $5 for SUV’s, vans and trucks.

SEPT. 5, Saturday, 1-4 p.m. – Children under the age of 6 can receive free lead testing at Acts 29, 12101 Jos. Campau. Kids can also bring their toys for testing. Applications for free home inspections for lead are also available.

SEPT. 13, Sunday, 11 a.m. – The Madonna Guild of Transfiguration Parish will hold a “Card & Bunco” party. Admission is $9 and includes a hot meal, snacks, beverages.
