Tuesday, February 24
At about 1 a.m. a driver was arrested for being wanted on a Hamtramck felony warrant following a traffic stop.
A Detroit resident was arrested following a traffic stop for being wanted on a warrant.
A Highland Twp. resident reported someone used his credit card at a business in the 2000 block of Caniff.
A resident in the 3900 block of Yemans reported a suspicious activity.

Wednesday, February 25
A person reported being the victim of fraud.
A man was arrested following a traffic stop for driving without a license.

Thursday, February 26
Detroit police reported they recovered a car stolen out of Hamtramck.
A resident was arrested following a traffic stop for driving without a license and possessing fraudulent proof of insurance.
A Detroit resident was arrested following a traffic stop for driving without a license (for the 17th time) and having a fraudulent license tab.
A resident in the 12000 block of Fleming reported a break-in and the theft of a Playstation and X-Box system and games.

At about 9 p.m. a 14-year-old boy was pulled over for driving 50 miles per hour in a 25 MPH zone. The boy was turned over to his father, and the father was issued a parental responsibility ticket.
Friday, February 27
A woman reported that someone filed their income taxes using her identity.
A man reported that someone used his name to open a Verizon account.
Four men were arrested for possessing fraudulent insurance.
A Detroit resident was arrested following a traffic stop for driving without a license.
Police took a report of a suspicious circumstance regarding a possible identity theft.
A resident in the 2600 block of Casmere reported her 16-year-old daughter ran away from home.
A known suspect fraudulently represented himself as an insurance agent and fled with $100 he took from an unwitting victim.
Saturday, February 28
A person was arrested following a traffic stop for failing to pay Hamtramck income taxes.
At about 2:30 a.m. a person was arrested for disorderly conduct following an investigation at Jos. Campau and Caniff.
A resident reported being assaulted by her boyfriend while in their residence in the 3800 block of Evaline.
A Detroit resident was cited for having improper license plates and damaging a vehicle by swinging his car door into a passing patrol car.
A resident reported the theft of his license plate while his car was parked in the 2000 block of Trowbridge.
A Holbrook resident reported a suspicious circumstance after her car window suddenly shattered while she was driving near Holbrook and Gallagher.
Sunday, March 1
At about 12:30 a.m. a man was arrested following a traffic stop for driving without a license and domestic violence after assaulting his girlfriend while being stopped.
At 1:20 a.m. a man reported being assaulted by a person he knows in a Jos. Campau bar.
At 4 a.m. a man reported his friend was missing. The man said his friend was talking to him on his cell phone outside of White Star Bar when he heard a voice tell his friend to hang up. The man later called his friend’s phone but an unknown man answered the phone and refused to say what happened to the friend.
A Warren resident reported his car radio was stolen while his car was parked in the 11400 block of Charest.
Monday, March 2
A Detroit woman was ticketed and her car was impounded following a traffic stop for driving without a license and having fraudulent license plate tabs.
At 10 a.m. a resident reported that while in the 11600 block of Charest a white dog escaped from a yard and attempted to attack him.
A resident was arrested following a traffic stop for driving without a license, which was the fourth time he violated this law.
A resident was arrested following a traffic stop for driving without license (seventh offense) and possessing a concealed gun.

    Keep up the great work!!! The cops need more support from the community they protect and serve.
