Tuesday, April 22
At 12:20 a.m. an intoxicated man was arrested for making an improper 911 call to police.
At almost 12:30 a.m. someone broke out a window of a car parked in the 2600 block of Casmere and stole several items.
A Faber resident reported his 26-year-old son was missing.
A Yemans resident reported someone broke into his garage and stole several items.
A Fleming resident reported the theft of his power wheel chair.
Walter’s Party store reported two customers cashed bad checks.
Wednesday, April 23
A Detroit resident was arrested during a traffic stop for driving without a license and providing false information.
At 1:30 a.m. a Hamtramck man was arrested during a traffic stop for two outstanding Hamtramck warrants.
At almost 6 a.m. a man reported being shot at by someone he knows while walking in the Jos. Campau-Caniff area. He was not injured.
A man reported someone broke into his Trowbridge house and stole construction supplies.
Thursday, April 24
At almost 1 a.m. a person was arrested for domestic violence.
At 5:30 a.m. during a traffic stop officers recovered a car stolen out of Hamtramck. The driver fled on foot but was later arrested.
A family dispute arose after an argument stemming from the death of a family member.
A Hamtramck woman was arrested for retail fraud at CVS Pharmacy.
Officers took a report that a fraudulent check was cashed at Advance America for over $5,000.
Friday, April 25
At nearly 2 a.m. officers recovered a car reported stolen out of Detroit.
At 12:38 a.m. a Casmere woman reported someone broke her window.
Saturday, April 26
At 12:44 a.m. a man reported being harassed at his residence by a man he does not know.
Officers arrested a Hamtramck man for an open Hamtramck warrant.
During a traffic stop officers noticed cocaine in the car and arrested two Detroit men for possession.
Two employees at Amicci’s Pizza got into a fight and one reported being assaulted.
Sunday, April 27
At 10:30 p.m. a Dequindre resident was arrested after a foot chase for shooting a semi-automatic rifle in the area of Oklahoma-Circle Dr.
At 10:15 p.m. a Detroit man was arrested when he was caught breaking into a residence in the 3800 block of Miller.
Monday, April 28, 2014
At almost 4 a.m. a Florian resident reported a man broke her window and attempted to get inside her house.
A Detroit man was arrested after stealing several packages of meat from Bozek’s Market on Caniff and fleeing.
