Tuesday, June 4
A 3 a.m. a woman living in the 5100 block of Yemans reported her ex-boyfriend broke out a window.
An attorney for the City of Hamtramck reported a man presented fraudulent proof of auto insurance while in Hamtramck 31st District Court.
A motorist crashed into a wall at 9028 Jos. Campau.
A woman was arrested for breaking and entering a house near Gallagher and Evaline. The woman was also charged with assaulting the owner of the house.
A woman complained that a “thrift store” at 9415 Jos. Campau improperly bought and sold items from her son.
A man living in the 2400 block of Florian St. reported someone broke into his garage.
At about 4:30 p.m. a woman reported another woman struck her car at Holbrook and Jos. Campau and was then assaulted by the same woman.
A woman reported that someone broke into her house in the 2600 block of Botsford.
A woman was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstructing officers at about 5:30 p.m. while in front of 3058 Lehman.
A woman living in the 3000 block of Lehman reported someone stole her 100 foot water hose.
At about 10 p.m. a man reported being assaulted by an unknown man while at Danforth and Jos. Campau.
Wednesday, June 5
At about 7 a.m., a Trowbridge St. man reported someone attempted to steal his car.
A woman living in the 1900 block of Evaline reported someone broke into her car and stole several items.
A landlord from Shelby Twp. Reported someone broke into his vacant rental dwelling in the 2200 block of Trowbridge St.
At about 10 a.m., a man reported being assaulted by a woman while at Mackay and Botsford.
A woman who had earlier reported the theft of her car reported that she found it in the 3000 block of Lehman.
Officers assisted the Fire Department with a garage fire in the 11700 block of Dequindre St. at about 4:30 p.m.
A Trowbridge St. resident reported the name of a suspect who spray-painted graffiti on the public library.
Thursday, June 6
A woman living in the 2600 block of Casmere reported being assaulted by her ex-boyfriend.
A man living in the 3900 block of Prescott was arrested for domestic violence at about 12:30 a.m.
At 5:15 a.m. two women were arrested during a traffic stop for having open containers of alcohol.
A representative from Video 22 reported the loss of $12,600 worth of jewelry from a fraudulent transaction.
Two men were arrested for breaking into a house. The men were also in possession of a car stolen from Sterling Heights.
At 11:30 p.m. a man in the 3100 block of Leham St. reported someone broke into his house.
At 11:40 p.m. a woman reported that a man known to her has been exposing himself to her on a number of occasions.
At about 2 p.m. a man reported that his neighbor returned his stolen garbage can.
At 3:30 p.m. a man and woman were arrested for parental kidnapping and domestic violence.
At about 6 p.m. a man was arrested following a car chase. The man rammed his car into a patrol car and took off running. Police continued to chase after him on foot and apprehended him.
Friday, June 7
A man living in the 2200 block of Alice St. reported someone damaged his fence.
A woman reported that her 2001 white Ford F-250 was stolen in front of 2030 Norwalk.
A man living in the 5000 block of Edwin St. reported someone had broken into his home.
Saturday, June 8
A 16-year-old Detroit boy and a 14-yer-old Hamtramck boy were arrested after they were seen breaking into a house in the 2200 block of Yemans St. at about 8 p.m.
At 3 a.m. a man was arrested while at Campau Tower for obstructing police officers.
A woman living in the 12000 block of Grand Haven reported that a man who goes by the name Johnny pointed a handgun at her while she was trying to break up a fight between her sister and the suspect’s mother and sister.
A landlord reported he saw a couple inside his rental property in the 8500 block of Jos. Campau. The man knew the name of the male but not the female. When officers arrived at the scene, the couple had already left.
At 11 p.m. a man reported that a man he knows attempted to run him over at Jacob and Conant.
Sunday, June 9
A man was arrested at Caniff and Mackay for possessing narcotic paraphernalia.
A woman was arrested during a traffic stop for having an open bottle of liquor and possessing narcotic paraphernalia.
A St. Aubin St.man was taken to Henry Ford Hospital after he cut himself several times.
At about 3 a.m. a man was arrested for an outstanding Hamtramck warrant, and three other men were arrested for fighting at Jos. Campau and Roosevelt.
A woman reported that while walking on Jos. Campau and Florian at about 12:30 p.m. a man ripped off her necklace.
