Read the city manager’s lawsuit

There have been plenty of news stories this week about City Manager Max Garbarino’s lawsuit.
On Tuesday, The Review obtained a copy of the 74-page lawsuit filed in Wayne County Circuit Court.
Instead of reading a synopsis of the lawsuit, we have attached the actual lawsuit.
Police investigator Dave Adamczyk has joined Garbarino’s lawsuit accusing the mayor and city council of violating the state’s Whistleblower’s Protection Act.
Both have been suspended with pay pending the outcome of an investigation.
